Just came back from KL coz my great-uncle was really sick & my mum wanted to see him coz he doted on her when she was young...But my great-uncle passed away before my mum could see him then my mum was weeping non-stop... Okay enough of those sad talks... Yesterday, I had this weird dream of 6-Met & 1/O...it is related to FRIED RICE ...Maybe because I'm obsessed with Rolling Love... It's a bout this Fried Rice competition everyone must participate in. Then we went there by this chartered 6-MET bus...Then I was sitting with Wendi then this person came and served us fried rice...Then suddenly Wendi shouted this into my ear..." Bryan Chng proposed to Denise!!!" (P.S. The Denise I'm referring to is the 6-MET Denise not the 1/O Denise) Then I was like... errr...What the hell does this have to do with me??? Then she said" Aren't you jealous???" Then I was like "errr...NO...Why should I get jealous???'' Then dunno why Bryan Chng & Denise suddenly start arguing...about what? I dunno.Then we arrived...I was like OMG!!! The place looks more like a palace than a competition venue...Anyway, I was kinda sure my fried rice would taste nice...coz I noe how to cook fried rice...LOL. Then before Denise left the bus, she stared at me and I was like " WHAT THE HELL???" Then after she went down the bus, she came up again and hit me...This time, I was unable to swallow my anger and I just kicked her and she fell down the bus. Then Sean Chan came and say..." ORHOR...You beat her up. TOMBOY." THis really made me hit the ceiling and I kicked him down the bus too. Then I went down with Wendi. Then as I went into the'kitchen',I was like OMG!!! The 'kitchen' pratically looked like a ballroom loh...As I looked around carefully, I realised that... The below are the dressing of the girls & boys I see there... GIRL -gown -dangling earrings -highheels -lipstick -handbag -blush -necklaces -shawl -fake eyelashes -eye shadow -bracelet -manicure -hair done up nicely BOY -suit -heels -tie/bowtie -huge jacket * as in those you wear when you attend some important meeting -hair combed nicely -lipstick -abit of blush ME -T-Shirt -Jeans -ear sticks -sneakers -simple ponytail As compared to them, I felt soooo left out. As in all of them wore such formal clothing while I, wore some freaking casual T-Shirt & Jeans. But I just dun understand...It's a culinary competition...not some beauty paegant!!! What made me freakingly pissed off is that the DAMN security guard dun let me in!!!He said my attire was far too casual for the occasion!!! I was like WHAT THE HELL??? Then I went to the bus to get my winter jacket and my scarve and my shawl...I pratically wrapped myself up with whatever piece of 'high class' cloth I could find to cover every single bit of my casual clothing beneath. I pratically looked like a freaking giant walking dumpling. Can you imagine it??? Me, dressed like a dumpling??? I rather you dun imagine it. I look awful. But no choice, I gotta take part in the competition coz the prize for the most delicious fried rice is...GUESS WHAT??? Tickets to have dinner with the cast of Rolling Love!!! I simply can't miss it??!!! I walked up to the DARN security guard and he ask me why was I dressed like that. Then I was like...errrrrrr...Coz I'm feeling cold??? WHEW!!! Luckily he let me in. Inside, I saw Denise in this freakingly ugly shit-coloured gown. I dunno why I developed a strong hatred for her in this dream...Then I saw Krystal. She was wearing this pink gown then in her hand was a blue gown and she was limping...Honestly speaking, that pink gown she was wearing was damn beautiful although I'm a pink-hater... I asked if I could borrow that blue gown so I could take off this freakingly warm dumpling costume and save myself from all those stares and embarrassment. When she agreed to lend me the gown, I was like...OMG...KRYSTAL, YOU ROCK!!! But now, what I'm short off is a pair of heels and dangling earrings and most importantly, MAKEUP... coz it is damn obvious that I'm not wearing any make up. Dunno why watever I'm short of, Krystal has it...Now in this freakingly long gown, I felt damn idiotic coz how am I suppose to cook in this attire???As you noe, I'm quite a tomboy...not at all feminine and wearing such a gown is a torture for me. If you've known me for long, do you notice that I never wear skirts and shirts of other colours except for red, black & blue??? I'mn such a bore I know but I dun care...I like being who I am now-A TOMBOY......I think we were suppose to try each other's cooking without knowing who made it and vote for the best plate tasted. I tasted my first plate of fried rice___Chicken, Pork, Beef & Venison Egg Fried Rice. OMG...You should try it, it tastes disgusting, absolutely disgusting...coz the tastes of the 4 kinds of meat clashes...2nd plate_______Black Chicken with Egg Fried Rice. I tastes kinda good but abit weird but overall, it's the best SO FAR...Next, Luncheon meat, peas & carrots fried rice...It tastes damn salty. Then _____4 Tastes Fried Rice... It consists of bitter gourd, curry powder, sugarcane & salted vegetables...It also tastes kinda nice but oso abit weird. As for me, I made 2 kind of fried rice. ___Kimchi Fried Rice___&___Egg Fried Rice___And it tastes great!!! To me...I dunno how it tastes like to you lah...The below is the recipe!!! KIMCHI FRIED RICE Ingedients: Kimchi, overnight rice, vegetable oil, salt 1)Heat the vegetable oil. 2)Pour the rice into the frying pan 3)Add in the kimchi. 4)If it is not salty enough, add in a pinch of salt 5) Serve!!! Egg Fried Rice Ingredients: 2 eggs, overnight rice, sesame oil, soya sauce, ikan bilis, XO sauce, pepper 1)Heat the sesame oil. 2) Beat up the eggs and add in abit of pepper. 3) Add in the eggs. 4)Add in the rice. 5)Add in the XO sauce. 6) Add in soya sauce. 7)Add in ikan bilis. 8) Serve!!! haha...The above are brief recipes...I may forget some parts so it may not taste good. But trust me, my egg fried rice is very nice... The ending of my dream : I won the prize- Jiro is damn cute in person...Danson is kinda cute too...Din realise that Danson was one cute guy...Albee & Genie was also very pretty in person...LOL... But the entertaining person was the guy called ''三蹭'' in the show...He is like damn hilarious loh... I'll try to post tomorrow also...SO... WAIT ON!!!
